Hilary Duff was looking extra shiny yesterday while in Sao Paulo, Brazil during her ‘Dignity’ Tour Press Conference.
She’s a busy girl. She’s been working on a few movies, she just recently launched a new fragrance Wrapped With Love and now she’s headed out on tour.
